Wait time before marking at home / not at home should be different for leaving and arriving

I fully understand the reason behind having a delay before marking a device as away (false negatives, essentially). However, there's no reason for there being a delay when a device becomes detected as "at home". Many integrations revolve about knowing when someone arrives (disarming the alarm system, for instance) and any delay can lead to bad behaviours.

Is it possible to have a different delay for leaving and for arriving?
