[BUG] <title>[BUG] Qobuz downloads fail with IncompleteRead on 2.2.0/dev but succeed on 2.1.0

Describe the bug

When downloading some Qobuz tracks/albums, streamrip 2.2.0/dev fails with IncompleteRead during the actual file transfer.

The same content succeeds on streamrip 2.1.0 in the same environment, which suggests a regression.

What works:

• login to Qobuz
• metadata lookup
• track/getFileUrl

What fails:

• the actual file download

Typical error:

• Connection broken: IncompleteRead(...)
• followed by file said 4 bytes, read 0 bytes

I also noticed that forcing lower quality can help in some cases on 2.2.0/dev, which may indicate a format-selection / retry / signed-URL handling issue.

Additional context

Additional observations:

1. This does not look like an authentication problem.

   • Qobuz login succeeds
   • metadata lookup succeeds
   • track/getFileUrl succeeds

2. The failure happens during the actual file transfer and is consistently:

   • IncompleteRead(...)
   • followed by file said 4 bytes, read 0 bytes

3. I observed different behavior between versions:

   • streamrip 2.2.0/dev: fails on these URLs
   • streamrip 2.1.0: succeeds on the same machine/account

4. Lower quality can help in some cases:

   • on 2.2.0/dev, using --no-db -q 1 changed the requested format and sometimes allowed the download to proceed

5. This may be related to Qobuz URL / CDN / format handling and retry behavior.
   The symptoms look similar to:

   • streamrip issue [BUG] Some album tracks can't be downloaded - have to find and download singles instead #946
   • qobuz-dl PR [BUG] Cannot open the database file AND no such table exists #326, which discusses retrying with a fresh signed URL after IncompleteRead

Fwiw, started running into the same issue. However downgrading to 2.1.0 did not solve the issue for me.

Here another one with the problem, and also reverting to 2.1.0 did not solve the issue neither for me.

I also want to add it could be a problem with the actual code used by many downloaders becouse it happen also using concurrent, similar downloaders. The files that fail on streamrip also fail on other downloaders in the same point with the same messages.

Like 5 albums on a batch of 20 have this problem in a file or more. And If try to download the single file by hand, it still broke in the same place at the same moment.

Could it be Qobuz changed something on them servers?

One more update: the player app qbz for Linux also struggles to cache that one particular song, so it might be a qobuz-server thing!
