Dependencies commotiond and libc6-devel

The package commotiond needs to manually compiled and installed per this page:

In order for olsrd and commotion-service-manager to work. Also a newer version of libc6-devel is needed than is available in weezy repos. RPi and Debian need to be updated to Jessie and/or testing respectively for things to compile.

Jessie is certainly the target I was working towards, and then building against wheezy backports if we can. The goal is to get the client into Debian and Ubuntu repos; starting with Jessie (if we have something by the code freeze).

You're definitely right about the libc6-devel thing. Again, I think I just need to update the README.
