There is no need to display full text (it's the only field that may be defered).
And there are no scopes to display in template, but author/genre should be added instead.

Also students need some example data OR clear note to fill DB themselves.

Totally agreed! I think that scopes part left after version with tag. I think it should be there – to allow student to implement selecting relations in queries. But it's missing at boilerplate code – and this is definitely not good.

I'll work on improving this boilerplate. For a now you could implement this assignment without scopes.

Also author and genre should be added at HTML template. Our bad too.
