senate-trends and house-trends do not support --test or date #308
Description
We are using elex for state maps but we wanted to build a simple "balance of power" datavis. Assuming senate-trends and house-trends are the two commands to get this data, why is the --test flag not supported? By default, the AP is returning senate and house data from early 2012.
