support searching multiple indexes

elasticsearch makes it easy, just separating index names with commas, I think

we should support this (via indexes specified in URLs, as usual) too

so stevedore.whatever.com/search/clinton-emails-may,clinton-emails-june,clinton-emails-july/ would search those three indices
