Enhance the parser to allow for structured ingredients

There is a new structure defined for ingredients. This is related to these issues upstream:

• Specify sub items ingredient, amount, note for each ingredient in Recipe schemaorg/schemaorg#882
• Structured ingredients for recipes schemaorg/schemaorg#4454

Our parser should be extended to allow for understanding this kind of ingredients.
