feature request: use pull down gesture to reload items

As Nextcloud has for a while now disabled the pull down to reload gesture completely, it would be cool if you, like suggested by nextcloud dev, could enable that for News to reload the page and check for new items.

I would BTW prefere this instead of reloading in background, as the latter would cause, depending on sorting order, content to jump away unexpectedly.
