public polls can't be open

What went wrong, what did you observe?

A public poll does not display; instead, the error message “The page could not be found on the server, or you do not have permission to view it” appears.
Public shares for Talk work without any issues without logging in. The error occurs only with polls.

What did you expect, how polls should behave instead?

The poll should be displayed.
