Add simultaneous TCR and BCR processing

Description of feature

Several protocols allow to prep BCR and TCR sequences in a single library.
Currently, two separate profiles must be run, one for each sequence type.

It would be more resource efficient if there is an option to assemble both sequence types through a single profile.
