Description of feature
It would be good to support user-provided MSA input for various modes. The best implementation probably requires users to provide MSAs in a format that is pre-paired across all subunits in the target oligomeric complex with a fallback to pairing based on UniProt IDs. Each module will require an adaptor module to convert paired MSAs to the expected input format.
There is an initial PR (#174) for this feature in colabfold.
