Migration is failing because allowed values in TFS custom fields are different from ADO. customfields. How can we ignore that or resolve this issue?

I am migrating workitems from TFS to ADO with custom fields. Initially I got the issue for the reference name and datatype mismatch issue in my custom field which I resolved using a script to create the same reference name and datatype in target(ADO). But now I am getting a new issue stating that source field and target field have different allowed values. Could you please help me to get this issue resolved.
