Oblique MPR not showing/using full series

I am unsure if there is a setting I am missing to view my full series in MPR. I am using Weasis to look at rock cores and I can see the full length of the core in the 2D viewer. It has 2048 frames/slices. When I create an oblique MPR view it only shows about a third of the core in the middle section. I am running the most recent version of Weasis (4.6.3) on a windows ARM laptop.

Figured it out. The bounding box for the MPR construction is a cube and my z-axis is much much longer than my xy-axes. I am importing my files into 3D slicer to adjust the axes to be create an isotropic area and will try the orthogonal MPR construction again.

It should be related to this issue: #730. The volume can be anisotropic. Please note that this oblique MPR does not use 3D graphic resources, so it can be slow with large volumes that cannot be fully loaded into memory. Also, we do not yet provide a native Windows ARM package, so it is currently running under emulation on your device.
