defineI18nLocaleDetector is not reached

I have created a simple nuxt app to test defineI18nLocaleDetector.
But it does not work. I am not sure if I have used it in a wrong way. Pls give me a hand. Thanks.

The simple project is in nuxtjs-i18n-defineI18nLocaleDetector-test.

Here is my project structure:

And I just log something to see if defineI18nLocaleDetector is working:

However, when I run the project and visit page, it log nothing. It means it does not work
