Allow user to upload video to be used as an inference source

User should be able to either provide an actual video file or a video path. Experience should be the same on web and native app

Hi @jpggvilaca , quick note: we dont want to replace video path for an upload input. We need to support both: possibility to provide a path manually + have a dedicated button to upload input.
