Add SFTP as a Data Source

Enable SFTP as a pre-configured data source in the data catalog without the need to write custom connectors. 

The integration should allow entering connection details such as host, port, credentials, etc.

Enable metadata access for SFTP sources in the data catalog, similar to other database services.
