Update OpenTelemetry.io End-user resources page (Phase 2)

Description

We did a big update to the End-user resources page of opentelemetry.io recently (#114, open-telemetry/opentelemetry.io#7559). The primary focus was on changing the structure and formulations on the page to make it easier to read and better reflect the current state of the SIG End-user work.

The next step now, would be to make the page look amazing – adding video or link embeds, more fancy UI elements, pictures... etc. Some of the possible changes are already suggested in the page code as comments, some are yet to be figured out. There is a large room for creativity in this work.

It is also a good first issue to take for folks who haven't contributed to OpenTelemetry yet, but want to get started.

Tasks

• Review the End-user resources page and identify possible improvements
• For each type of improvements identified, create a PR to contribute them back

One thing to consider as well is the personas we'd be focusing on and how we serve them. A lot of our content in the End User SIG has been based around video (i.e. interviews, Q&A, presentations) and surveys. However, with OTel Blueprints we'll also be a platform for end-users to share their reference architectures and for architects to document blueprints.

@AndrejKiri, I am looking for any possible, gifs,images etc that can be added to the End-User Resource page. I will share the multi-media here once we are okay with that, I will add them to the Repo.

Hello, @AndrejKiri, Here I have placed

• Few button samples (which I created using HTML, works well for the End User Resources page),
• One image that shows a sample button "Review Projects."
• One image to add in the End User Resources page with label "Contribute"
• Since the pages are in blue shade, choose the color like that;

If we are okay with this, I will go ahead and create a pull request and edit the actual page.
