Animation request problem discord

Hello I seem be having problem with requesting anime in discord.
Useing discord if I search for anime any I find If I do request i get error

All regular shows and movies request work great

If I go to jellyseerr do request directly from their it gets added and added to sonarr and I recive message in discord saying been added

Since error says "I could not send the request I was thinking was something with Anchorr

for a work around I now I set up
Requestrr with Overseerr
works great no problem with requesting anime through discord
goes to overseerr to sent to sonarr
Basickly same set up overseer and jellyseerr for sonarr

wondering if anyone else had problem
