Coveralls not working

Describe the bug
Previously we had a comment from coveralls on every pull requests giving information about the test coverage. The Comment is missing from new PRs currently.

To Reproduce
#213 (notice no comment)

or create a PR

Expected behavior
Coveralls adds comments again.

Builds are found in coveralls, no PR comments though.
