The Critical Social Educator (will utilize open peer review) would like reviewers and authors to be in communication during the review process. Right now this has to take place outside of the system.
Describe the solution you'd like
A discussion board/commenting feature in the review workflow that can keep the conversation within the system. May also be useful for reviewers/editors to communicate in anonymous review processes (ACM has a discussion board for editors to communicate with reviewers, identity of reviewers is hidden).
