Information for Systems Integrators page is out of date

The Information for Systems Integrators page in the docs has not been updated to reflect architecture changes we made in the last year or so.

• It still mentions the now-obsolete release-hatch and osrelease components instead of Airlock that replaced them.
• It doesn't mention the need to deploy the RAP controller outside the secure environment (and talks about deploying job runner rather than the RAP agent.

Note that this page is not intended to be a complete guide to deploying OpenSAFELY, but it should contain just enough pointers that a strongly-motivated team could probably work out how to do that if they really put their minds to it. And it certainly shouldn't be actively misleading.
