Websocket idle timeout (30 seconds)

It seems this is sometimes happening with BIMserver as well: jetty/jetty.project#14332. Have to wait for 12.1.8 or implement workaround.

On a related note: We see some java.nio.channels.ClosedChannelException from org.eclipse.jetty.websocket. Perhaps this: jetty/jetty.project#13346? Should be solved in 12.1.1.
