Bug: Inaccessible space visible in navigation to users with no access

I have an organization. It has a docs site as primary content. The docs site points to a space S which is only accessible by Admins.

I add a new user to my org. User has 0 teams, 0 spaces, 0 docs sites. They log in. They see S listed under Spaces/Content in the navigation pane. They can click on the space and get an access denied screen in the main panel.

Expected result: They do not see anything listed in Spaces/Content until granted access.
