Some ideas and feedback

Hi,

Love the project, very glad I found.

I've played around a bit today and wanted to leave some feedback, in case it helps.

It would be great to:

• be able to delete or archive projects
• be able to open traces directly from the dashboard, instead of only download - is that planned?
• reference projects after drilling into runs etc.

A few surface issues:

• sending results for only 1 playwright test will create the run in spechive, but won't send any details of the tests to the run
• setup 'test' blocks don't send run data to the dashboard either
  • they create the 'suite', but probably because only 1 'test' exists in the setup project this didn't send the test details
  • when this happens, spechive warns with a console message
  • [spechive] Event send failed (400): {"statusCode":400,"code":"VALIDATION_ERROR","message":"Invalid event payload","timestamp":"2026-05-13T08:52:25.307Z"}

Let me know your thoughts, if valuable I can create some Github issues for the items you want to consider.
