Unable to login and reset password on langfuse #13196

Describe your questionCreated account with my email, able to use langfuse for several days and then logged out of session. Tried to login again and says invalid credentials. Tried resetting the password and says "email is not associated with the account". Using the same email which was used during sign up and I do receive marketing emails on this email id after I signed up so email seems to be correct. Seems to be a bug! Hi @mehtapaxshal, have you tried changing the region? It's important that you log into the same account on the same region server. |

Yes tried for both us and eu (just in case). Nothing’s working. Tried
clearing site data and cookie and also in incognito mode but still no luck.

Yes thats it. At the bottom of your langfuse dashboard in the sidepanel you should also see "Support"
