Add "Low Stock Threshold" Setting

In the ```settings_screen```, allow the user to define a global integer value (e.g., 2 or 3) for the "Low Stock Threshold." This value should be read by the ```grocery_card``` to trigger the low stock visual warning. Store this value using ```shared_preferences```.
