• investigate if it is possible to run without `sudo, if so clean scripts and revert Update bridges integration-tests instructions polkadot-fellows/runtimes#366
  • sudo is used for relay chain - drip accounts, open HRMP (we have permissionless alternative without sudo, ...)
  • sudo is also used for init_bridge call, which could be possible replaced with updated genesis chain spec or Chopstics governance calls

Sudo can just be worked around by doing on chain proposal and fast track it with a fake fellowship :D For sure a little bit more complicated, but doable with chopsticks.

we don't actually need sudo and root, we just need to set storage for pallet_bridge_granda pallet_owner (alternative to root) paritytech/polkadot-sdk#7665
