About the financial calculations:
Normally I would meet with the Product Owner or the Business person to assess the right calculation method for the rate and the monthly payment. But as I started this project on the weekend it was not possible to wait for back and forth emails regarding this, so I rely on the best of my knowledge and some research on the web to came up with the calculations.
