The protocol says that vouching is optional, so as a minimal case, human.json should be generated also without the presence of content/data/human.toml.
Off-topic: Not sure if this entire thing won't help LLM companies to avoid the ouroboros problem in the end, and make them harvest vouched sites even harder, but I still like the idea from a user's perspective. So thanks for this! 👍🏼
