Way to import txt files with desired filename and url

When Importing a .txt file there doesn't appear to be a way / format to specify the filename and URL. Files just get the name of the source. Only one URL per line.

I use several other DL managers that can generate Filenames from download posts. Then export that and the URLs to a txt file in various formats. (csv, tab, space.)

Is there a format or option for this in the UI or cmd? If I'm missing a how, to...I swear I've googled and chat-gpt'd.
