Suggestions for new package tests

The solibs test was added in sbotools-3.8, and compatibility tests for perl, python and ruby were added in sbotools-4.1. I am very much open to putting in more tests. Please comment here, email me or post in the sbotools thread at LQ if you have any ideas!

There are three basic criteria for inclusion, ranked from most to least important and subject to change:

• The test must be for a runtime dependency (e.g., no rust).
• Failures should not be detectable by an existing test (e.g., no haskell, since solibs will catch ghc upgrades).
• The test should apply to a decent number of scripts.
