export: linelist operator on single result not vec

• The linelist method expects a Vector of results as input.
• We instead want it to be a singular result (consensus population and potential recombination).
• This will allow us to write output in realtime as sequences are processed (ex. Issue input: stream alignment and show progress bar #13).
