Repo [RustFS] shows 11.6k on GitHub but only 6.2k on OSSInsight.

Thanks for reporting this! The star count discrepancy happens because OSSInsight is a downstream consumer of GitHub data — we rely on GH Archive for event ingestion, and there can be gaps or delays in how events are captured. Since we were counting stars by tallying individual WatchEvent entries, any missed events would result in an undercount compared to what GitHub shows directly.

What we've changed (merged in #1953):

The overview now uses a two-tier approach:

1. Primary source: github_repos.stars — this is the actual star count synced from the GitHub API. When the repo metadata has been updated within the last 7 days, we use this value directly.
2. Fallback: The original event-based count (COUNT(DISTINCT actor_login) WHERE type = 'WatchEvent') is used only when the repo metadata is stale.

This should give much more accurate numbers going forward. Note that since we're downstream of GitHub's API, there may still be minor delays, but the gap should be significantly smaller now.
