Plugin version
2.9.17
Bug description
I installed the 2.9.17 version and when the ticket was created, the rule that I have, automatically applied a group to the ticket.
But it's like the group wasn't there, because the ticket status stayed at Submitted instead of Assigned.
So I applied the #379 fix.
It fixed that problem, but:
When I use the history to climb to another group, the name of the group is updated and the private message is created, but the error is displayed.
Example: The group is "UDS" and I pressed the arrow next to "UARS"
The group name is changed to "UARS", the message is created, but the error is displayed
If I try to add a solution, it works.
If I try to use the "Associate myself" button, my name is filled on the Technician, but I get the same error
But, if I write my name on the technician field, it works without error:
