[Bug] `/` entries appended to Recents instead of file name after playing from media folder

Issue/Description:
When media is played after selecting a media folder, the Recents list records entries that appear as just / instead of the actual file names or paths. These entries are not useful, but selecting any of the / entries still plays the recently played file.

Version:
cosmic-player-1.0.6-1.fc43.src.rpm

Steps to Reproduce:

• Open COSMIC Player.
• Select a media folder.
• Play any media file from that folder.
• Open the Recents list.
• Observe that / entries are appended instead of proper file names.

Expected Behavior:

• The Recents list should display the correct media file names or paths.
• No invalid / placeholder entries should be added.
