"Callbrate offset using last play" applies incorrect offset compared to "Average hit error" #34999

Bug description

Before "Calibrate using last play":

  • The beatmap audio offset is -24ms
  • The average hit error is 32.04ms early

This means "Calibrate using last play" should set the offset to around 8ms. However, after using "Calibrate using last play", the beatmap is audio offset is only -3.2ms:

This is off by 11ms. Using "Adjust beatmap offset automatically" produces the same incorrect result.

Although it should not matter, my game-wide audio offset is -36ms.
