Beatmap flicker when using mods & importing new maps

Bug description

Whenever a new beatmap is imported, I imagine with mods selected (didn't test without selecting any), the map card flashes and the difficulties flicker

Edit: this also happens whenever you change the difficulty range - probably happens when the map list update or something similar?

This also happens when changing ruleset if "Show Converts" is enabled and a convertible beatmap is selected.
