Katex vs mathjax

I had to replace Katex math rendering (in commit db2f407) because Kramdown 2.2.0 broke the tags Katex looks for in rendered html. Mathjax seems to be working fine for the moment. Need to decide if this is permanent (in which case remove katex from all the places) or otherwise how to work around the tag issue.
