Cant find LYWSD03MMC in my HA after flashing zigbee firmware

Hi there

I seem to be doing something wrong with my LYWSD03MMC with firmware 2.1.1_0159.
What I want is to flash it, so I can use it with HomeAssistant over Zigbee (zha) using a sonoff usb dongle.

What I did:

1. Registered the device with Mi-Home app.
2. Extracted the id, token, key with https://github.com/PiotrMachowski/Xiaomi-cloud-tokens-extractor
3. Successfully flashed the custom firmware with https://pvvx.github.io/ATC_MiThermometer/TelinkMiFlasher.html
   
   After flashing the device now advertises under "ATC_NNNN". I reconnect.
4. Successfully(?) flashed the Zigbee Firmware using same TelinkMiFlasher.
   
   Log says flashing is done.

Where I am now:

When I try to connect to HA with zha, the device is not found. Instead, it is found over "BTHome". So it looks like it is still in BLE-mode...

What I don't know:

When I reconnect with TelinkMiFlasher the log says:

So was ist successfully flashed or not? Should it still be advertising over BLE?

What am I doing wrong? Did I miss a step?
(Other Zigbee devices are found easily with HomeAssistant btw., so the error does most likely not lie there.)

The problem is currently undefined.

By flashing both the custom firmware and then zigbee firmware again, I managed to get my 4 sensors working.

How did you do that?
I flashed zigbee firmware ... but can't find it using zigbee binding in ha.

But i also can't find i through BLE anymore.
What can i do now?
