LYWSD03MMC not working after firmware update

Good afternoon,

I have had a devbis firmware installed on my Xiaomi thermometer for a couple of months but the response time is too slow.
First off, i want to be able to get the value that is currently being measured instead of the smoothed value that it sends over the line right now.
My DS18B20 responds much quicker to temperature changes and i would like the same of this thermometer. Is that possible with the pvvx firmware?

What i did was install db15-0203-11003001-z03mmc.zigbee first from the devbis folder and after that i installed the 1141-020a-00093001-Z03MMC.zigbee firmware.
Now my sensor is still working, i can see on the display.
But it won't work with Zigbee2MQTT anymore. It connects and recognizes the device, but then says: Interview failed.
How can i fix this?

None of the Zigbee hygrometers transmit a "smoothed" value.
Zigbee has configurable transmission parameters based on changing values.
To do this, you need to familiarize yourself with the basic functions of Zigbee.

I already know about the reporting settings in Zigbee2MQTT but when i lower the intervals and tolerance, they still won't ever respond as quick as for example a DS18B20 on a ESP8266.
I'd rather have Zigbee devices instead of wifi, that's why i hoped there was a option to make them respond faster to temperature swings.

And how about interview failing? Is there a way to fix that?
Because the device can not connect correctly anymore, it's also not possible to send other firmware via OTA in Z2M.

The settings allow you to immediately transmit all changes that the sensor provides.
The minimum step for polling and data transmission is 3 seconds.

You can use a BLE device and transmit data from an external MY18B20 sensor, or from two MY18B20s simultaneously. At 250 ms intervals...

And how about interview failing? Is there a way to fix that?

BLE, two MY18B20 sensors.
I dipped them one by one in hot water. Removed them, wiped them dry, and let them air cool…

The rate of temperature increase shows a difference in the placement of the sensors in the flask.

Took both sensors in my hand for 1 second.
