Bringing the different parts of a Data Protocol (#3) message together.

My proposal for the different frames:

  1. Topic (for details see Data Protocol: Topic #60 ), as that is filtered for
  2. Some kind of header, see Data Protocol: Message identifier/Header #61
  3. The content
  4. more content frames
