Ability to subscribe to issue typed and untyped events

For the Keycloak project we need the ability to sync labels with issue types; so whenever an issue type is changed we need to add a listener to that event so we can update labels accordingly.

@stianst my understanding is that you would need that in the Quarkus GitHub App extension right?

For now, this is not supported out of the box and it will require changes both in the Hub4j GitHub API and the Quarkus GitHub App extension.

I'll put in on my list.

The good news is that you can still handle this by using the @RawEvent annotation. Take a look at https://docs.quarkiverse.io/quarkus-github-app/dev/developer-reference.html#_listening_to_events and search for RawEvent.

The paragraph above is also interesting as it describes what you can use in GitHubEvent to get to the payload.
