shifting bid options

During the process of bidding, the options come in a sorted order, and move/shift as more options come available. It has occurred in many games where right before we click a bid option we want, a new one comes in and we accidentally click the wrong bid option.

This can be solved by adding a selection to not sort bid options.

I will work on this, but it may take some time (I am new to the languages used).

the simple fix should be keeping the bidding options in the same position so there is no chance you can mis-click when a new option is available.
