How implement a custom IEncryptionProvider

Hi to all.

I have a Xamarin application with Akavache 8.0, I want to migrate to last Akavache version (11) in the documentation only appear information related with migrate from version 10.

My principal issue, is use IEncryptionProvider that seems are removed in this version, in my case, we use a custom IEncryptionProvider implementation. Why use a custom implementation in last version?

Also a guide to migrate from old version than 10 are appreciated.
