Should defer to spread repo for build process

In order to centralize building logic, tap should be modified to use centralized spread build scripts (redspread/spread#82) once their completed.

Should now be possible due to redspread/spread#99 which adds a Makefile as the definitive build script. Repo should be updated to use this.
