Data source issue: CCSDS 401.0-B-S has 5 editions but share the same PubID

This is interesting because the ID of the documents are really identical.

2000:

2001:

We will have to report this to CCSDS to find out the proper solution.

Lo and behold, I just realized, or that CCSDS just added, there are many previous editions! From 14 to 30.

The 5 are actually editions: 4, 7, 8, 9, 10.

From the filenames, they should be:

CCSDS 410.0-B-4-S
CCSDS 410.0-B-7-S
CCSDS 410.0-B-8-S
CCSDS 410.0-B-9-S
CCSDS 410.0-B-10-S

Then I guess the question is whether we can get issues 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 11, 12, 13.
