Add Required attribute to ManPageGenertor

I am working on migrating to picocli from commons-cli for Apache Solr. One of the exciting enhancements is generating the documentation for commands.

We ran into a problem that in the options documentation we don't distingush required versus optional:

You can see the [ ] work for the synopsis, but not in the individual option docs.

picocli's `ManPageGenerator.writeOption()` ignores `option.required()` entirely. The only signal is the synopsis bracketing — and the synopsis is easy to miss/ignore once you scroll past it.

It would be good to add the option.required() attribute!

Hi, I'd like to work on this issue.

I reviewed the workaround in apache/solr#4433. It post-processes the generated AsciiDoc, infers required options and positional parameters from the synopsis, and prefixes their descriptions with *(required)*.

In picocli, it looks like ManPageGenerator could use the argument metadata directly instead of parsing the synopsis.

Before submitting a PR, could you confirm whether the generated output should use the same fixed *(required)* prefix, or honor UsageMessageSpec.requiredOptionMarker()? Should required positional parameters be included in the same change?
