[Bug]: Binner.io Digikey request throttle timer only decrements on refresh

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

After several requests, the digikey api reports throttling for about 17 minutes, but the timer only counts down by one second per refresh, regardless of how long between refreshes. I refreshed the page till the timer said "15:30", waited 3 minutes on a stopwatch, then refreshed the page and the timer then said "15:29".

This isn't something that can be addressed, it's provided as a response from DigiKey's public api not by Binner.

Did you get throttled by making an obscene number of requests getting it to work or something? I occasionally see throttle requests but usually only when debugging authentication issues.

actually I didn't notice that you had the "Request all product information" option checked. If it's a really big order, it's possible we've overwhelmed the DigiKey api service with too many requests for additional information. This is because their order API only provides some information about each part, and they don't document what the limit on the number of requests are.

One solution for this scenario would be to allow fetching data in the background more slowly, but this can be problematic as they require user input potentially if your authentication needs to be refreshed. I'm going to send them an email and see if they respond.

For now, uncheck that option to import the order :-/ You can always request it to refresh manually, when you edit the part.

This is for an order I made a couple years ago, and there's only one part in the order. I've been locked out of using the API for a couple days now though, the last successful sales order import I was able to make was last weekend I think, (maybe 3-4 days ago), and every time I've tried to import an order since, it's refreshed the timer for that day.

Just for kicks, (and a smidgin of frustration I'll admit), I sat here and clicked refresh until the counter counted down to 0, but now it just says maximum tries exceeded. I suppose I'll give it a shot tomorrow and see if the behavior is any different?
