[Bug]: Important membership-based issues (via Discord) #503

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it
A) I have account XXX Maker
B) I have account YYY Maker
C) I have pulled git repository, edited Dockerfile with ARG VERSION=2.6.21 and am running an a Raspberry Pi 4 64 under docker with docker-compose. C is using the license from A and showing Maker.
On C, I have spent time entering in 133 different parts with barcode reader and I would like not to lose these. Many of my mouser packages are now gone and the parts have been mover to new bags.
I can backup my docker volumes so I should be able to always get back to the state I am in. But I would really like to migrate my docker data to the cloud under account A. Since things still are not working, I have paused getting my home lab organized.
Issues:
I cannot export CVS, Excel, or SQL from C. It gives an error.
"Export data failed!"
I cannot import my backup from C into either A or B, it gives an error:
"Binner restore failed! An exception occurred of type System.Exception You cannot restore a backup from provider 'Binner' onto the currently configured provider 'EntityFramework' as this is not supported."
On A and B Bulk Print and Update Part Metadata are not enabled even though it shows Maker
On C, Bulk Print and Update Part Metadata are enabled but when selected do nothing
On C, Bulk Edit Parts Filtering does not seem to allow me to type in Part Type(s). There is no drop down or selection. I am not sure if this is by design.
On B, my subscription show $57/mo. I hope that is just a bug.
