Calling WinRT API failed with error code 2147746132

Added DATIS to my new server. Seems to initialize fine but Im not getting any tranmissions and the log contains
2024-01-12T16:58:55.241914300-05:00 ERROR datis_core - ATIS North Las Vegas failed: Calling WinRT API failed with error code 2147746132: Class not registered

Tried reinstalling the windows visual c++ distrubutable packages but so far to no avail.

I've similar error on our new server, don't remember exactly dependencies to be installed:
